Maar hoe maak je nu een lekkere, glutenvrije wrap? Mijn advies is om deze glutenvrije spinazie wraps met zalm of tonijn te maken. Maar je kunt deze zelfgemaakte wraps natuurlijk ook ergens anders mee beleggen. Kijk gewoon even waar je trek in hebt en ga vervolgens aan de slag. Het is simpel, maar wel heel lekker en gezond! Ingrediënten
- 200g verse spinazie
- 6 eieren
- italiaanse kruiden
- zout en peper
- 80g glutenvrije bloem
- olijfolie
Zo maak je het:
- Doe alle ingrediënten in een blender en mix het totdat je een glad beslag hebt.
- Doe een klein beetje olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak daarin de wraps goudbruin.
- Beleg de glutenvrije spinazie wraps naar wens, zodra ze zijn afgekoeld.
Zoals je ziet is het maken van deze glutenvrije spinazie wraps helemaal niet moeilijk. Wil jij meer lekkere gerechten maken? Probeer ook eens deze zalm pasteitjes als je van vis houdt.
