Vind je het ook moeilijk om te kiezen voor een gezonde tussendoortje? Deze havermout koekjes zijn daar een goede oplossing voor, suikervrij en lekker gezond. Ze zijn trouwens heel snel klaar en hoeven maar 20 minuten in de oven. Zie hieronder het recept.
Ingrediënten
- 1 banaan
- 1 appel
- 150gr havermout
- 1 tl bakpoeder
- 1 tl kaneel
- 25gr hazelnoten (gehakte)
- 20gr cranberry’s
Zo maak je het
- Verwarm de oven voor op 185 graden.
- Doe de banaan en de appel in een blender en mix deze tot een beslag (grof).
- Voeg de havermout, bakpoeder, kaneel, amandelen en de cranberry’s toe aan het beslag, en meng deze goed door elkaar.
- Bekleed de bakplaat met bakpapier.
- Schep 12 gelijke havermout koekjes met een lepel op de bakplaat.
- Bak de koekjes 20 minuten in de oven goudbruin.
